Linda Hill is our educational consultant and behavioral specialist. Her passion is radical inclusion and universal design.   She works to educate and advocate for families and individuals across the life span in schools, places of worship, and community settings to build supports for more integrated and fulfilling participation.  She has experience in teaching and teacher training from Elementary school through the University level and family and worship experience across the life span. Linda consults with families, schools, churches and other organizations to advocate and educate about inclusion and integration of people who are typically pushed to the margins of society.  

Linda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice Administration from Norther Arizona University and a Master of Arts in Special Education with a specialization in Multiple Disabilities with Severe Sensory Impairments from the University of Arizona.  She has continued graduate level coursework specific to Teacher of the Visually Impaired, as well as specific to Behavior Disorders.

Starr Austin is our faith and family resource specialist.  Starr works with places of worship and with individual families to provide resources, support, and practical solutions to creating more inclusion and independence within family structures and religious communities.   After serving Unitarian Universalist congregations for over 7 years, Starr has taken her ministry into her work as a consultant; working with families, churches, and other organizations to create environments with multiple entry points for inclusion, radical hospitality, and affirming welcoming practices.

Starr holds a B.A. in Family Ministry from State University of New York (SUNY), with disciplines in human development and cultural studies, and is a credentialed religious educator with the Unitarian Universalist Association. She continues to learn from her partner and children how to better live into her values. Starr blends her academic, professional, and experiential arenas to provide workshops, worship services, and speaking engagements which are relatable, funny, and promote a shared sense of vulnerability to get at the heart of what we are trying to do – create a more just and loving world.
